Is there any fee to apply?
No. Swastham never charges any fee at any stage of hiring. If anyone asks you for money, do not pay and report it to HR.
I do not use DigiLocker. Can I still apply?
Yes. In step 2 choose “At the hospital” and bring your original Aadhaar and PAN to the interview.
Can I apply for more than one post?
Choose the post you want most, then tick “Also consider me for other posts in this team”. HR will consider you for all of them.

Choose “Fresher” in step 4. Tick the departments you worked in during your internship. You will not be asked for employers or references.
My document says the picture looks blurry. What now?
Retake the photo in daylight with the page flat. You can still submit, but HR may ask for a clearer copy.

When will I hear back?
HR reviews every application and contacts shortlisted candidates on WhatsApp or SMS before interviews start.
